Lost and Found

If you leave an item on the bus, please call 785-864-4644 (7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday) or use our online form to report a lost item. You will need to provide the following information: route, direction of travel and the time and location your trip ended. You will be asked to provide a detailed description of the lost item and a contact number or email address.

Items, if found, will be available for pick up after 1 p.m. the next business day at the KU Transportation Services office. All found items will be kept for a maximum of 14 days.
